It's great that you decided to stay with Zimmerfrei GmbH. In the interest of harmonious coexistence in our accommodation, we would like to disclose our house rules to you.

• Non-smoking apartments and non-smoking rooms! To smoke, please use the courtyard, where you will also find ashtrays.
• Damage to property must be reported to us and replaced!
• Unannounced guests/visitors are not permitted!
• Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. / departure at 11 a.m
• Please leave the accommodation as follows: swept clean, with dishes washed and, if possible, bed linen stripped.
• Pets are not allowed!
• Internet use must only be used for legal purposes! Illegal use will be billed to the person responsible.
• Please separate your garbage.
• You should feel comfortable with us, spend cozy evenings, be able to sit and talk until late into the night... BUT our accommodation is not a party house!
